80s Dance Workshop with Riss – Bangalow – Friday 29th Dec

On the cusp of the New Year, this workshop is a chance to get into your body and release the the stresses of 2023!

It will be a good fun workout, including learning / revisiting samples of Cassette routines – from Cyndi Lauper to MJ, from Queen to Daryl Brathwaite –  with a complete warm-up and cool down.

We’ll also do a short creative written activity, to bring in a fresh and happy 2024.

All materials supplied.

Wear leggings or shorts and a comfy top, so you can move comfortably.

Be prepared to sweat, smile, and feel soooo glad you came. Leave 2023 feeling amazing!

Dance with friends or family followed by dinner makes for a memorable Friday night.
