casSweats 80s Workout is:

You will gain:

  • Fun, fitness and friendships
  • A high energy, full-body, fitness and core strength workout
  • All your favourite 80s and 90s workout hits
  • Buns of steel

What to bring:

  • Water
  • Yoga mat for floor work
  • Sweat towel
  • Wear what makes you happy: 80s Aerobic dress ups welcome!
  • We recommend wearing lightweight but supportive shoes (joggers / runners are ideal)
  • Punctuality: Arrive by 5.25pm
  • Energy, Respect, and Joy
