1 hour 80s Workout, Tues 5.30 – 6.25pm

- Yoga mat for floor work

- We recommend wearing lightweight but supportive shoes (joggers / runners are ideal)
- Punctuality: Arrive by 5.25pm, to start with the gang right on 5.30pm
