  Each Cassette term includes:

  • Learn a super-fun, beginner-friendly epic 80s Dance Group Routine!!
  • And dance to over 40 unique songs each term (never boring : )
  • 7 x 1.25 hr incredible classes.  Suitable for Beginner and Intermediate movers.
  • BONUS Wild Card classes – drop into any of our other Cassette Classes during the same term, for free!
  • Short creative activities, fun dance warm-ups, self-discovery, team bonding
  • Oodles of 80s classics plus a dash of rad current songs, and a sprinkling of 70s and 90s music
  • Home rehearsal videos so you can tone your buns and get to know the dance routine in seclusion and style
  • Nourishing cool down to nurture your inner peace

  We also like to have a social get-together outside of class…stay tuned.

  Please note:

  • Week 7 class is combined with the other fabulous Cassette groups. A fun, casual, evening party class, it’s a chance to celebrate and perform for each other.
  • Where: Bangalow All Souls Hall
    When: Term 2 show night (week 7 class) is on Weds June 19th, 6pm – 7.45pm
  • Changes to bookings incur a $45 administration fee.
    

    What to bring:

    • Water bottle and sweat towel
    • Yoga mat for stretch and relaxation
    • Joggers or bare feet
    • Comfy active wear of your choice, eg: T-shirt and shorts, or a glittery catsuit.  Depends on the day!
    • Arrive 5-min before class start time to settle in
    • Respect for teacher, team and yourself.
