Wuthering Heights Workshop, 10 – 11am

Scroll down to book. Marissa will slowly teach Kate Bush’s iconic Wuthering Heights routine in the Cavanbah Centre dance studio. You’ll experience a joyful Cassette warm-up and feel confident dancing this absolutely gorgeous and iconic choreography. Book in below to do the workshop.

The Most Wuthering Heights Day Ever, 11 – 12midday

FREE. If you already know the routine arrive 11.00am on the Cavanbah studio verandah. We will walk through the routine, flashmob and film the glorious dance that is Wuthering Heights on the Cavanbah Centre grassy oval, 11 – 12midday.

What to wear:

• Red dress (or skirt and top), one you can kick your legs in.
• Black belt or strip of fabric.
• Black soft shoes and socks, or barefeet.
• Red flower in hair and red or black choker.
• Bonus points for gold hoop earrings, red lips, pale blue eye-shadow and black eye-liner

This is a guideline: enjoy channeling the bohemian flair of Kate. At Cassettes we reduce, reuse, recycle: someone you know or an op-shop will have just what you need!

Bring:

• Water bottle
• Arrive 5-min before either the Workshop or flashmob (depending on if you are doing both or just the flashmob) to stretch, chat and settle in
• The dreamy, expansive spirit of Kate Bush
• A readiness to dance!

Final bits:

• Phones on silent at all times in Cassette classes / workshops.
• Dance safely: move within the limits of your body and be aware of those around you to avoid injury.
