Marissa Treichel

I began to realise how important it was to be an enthusiast in life.  If you are interested in something, no matter what it is, go full speed ahead.  Embrace it with both arms, hug it, love it, and above all become passionate about it.  Lukewarm is no good.  Hot is no good, either.  White hot and passionate is the only thing to be. – Roald Dahl

Marissa is white hot and passionate about The Cassettes’ Flashmob Dance Company, our local 80s Dance Classes, and inspirational one-off workshops.  Marissa thrives on choreographing and leading.  Raising peoples’ spirits, through the awesome power and hilarity of eighties music and the beauty of dance, is what she knows best.

Marissa has worked with major clients including Channel 7, ABC, Jupiters’ Casino, Woodford Folk Festival (main stage NYE 2017/2018 being a highlight!), Falls Festival, Splendour in the Grass, QPAC, NORPA and Brisbane Powerhouse.  Marissa thoroughly enjoys leading people to have a fun, physical, funny, connected, creative and colourful time.
